This themed collection centers around the theme of the body and all the ways it is and can be haunted, for good and ill, yet carries on. This is her family ghosts, the dead, her almost death and rebirth from cancer, madness, passion, her fears, her fury, and so much fierce, abundant and dangerous love, told without mercy and contains selections covering over 30 years of spoken word pieces and poetry.

Pixie Bruner is a writer, editor,and poet. She lives in Atlanta, GA with her doppelganger and their sketchy cats. She likes the shadow people and provides books for the monsters under her bed. Her poetry has been published or forthcoming in Space & Time Magazine, "Whispers from Beyond" (Crystal Lake Publishing), Star*Line, Dreams & Nightmares, miniMag, Punk Noir, and more.
