The Body's Map of Consciousness, Vol. 1: Movement

This is the first volume in a series describing the unique principles and techniques of Integrated Awareness. IA's healing tools include movement, touch and energetics, and expanded perception. This volume covers ingrams, spatial components of the body's map, movement teams and planar relationships, barriers, matrices, and floor processes. Many instructions for experiential floor work are included.

Lansing Barrett Gresham, founder of Integrated Awareness, has developed the body's map empirically over three decades of touch and movement work using enhanced perception. He is the principal teacher at Touchstone, an educational center in Cotati, California.

Julie J. Nichols, Ph.D., Integrated Awareness teacher, is the author, with Lansing, of Ask Anything and Your Body Will Answer, a personal exploration of the body's map. She lives in Utah.
