This book provides an exciting historical narrative description of the story behind the dramatic decision to design and build the world's most efficient fighter plane of World War II on a fast track, winner take all basis. The second half of the book is an attempt to understand the risk based decision process used by great leaders with lessons learned for modern business leaders. Simplified probability based decision protocols, expected value, expanded outcome horizons, and virtuous intentions are offered as means to get in the heads of great leaders.
