[NONE] 1953-1954. (hardcover) Near fine in very good dust jacket. x, 430; vii, 397; viii, 614; vi, 392pp. 8vo. The first 4 volumes of 'A History of Soviet Russia', a 14 volume work that covers the first 12 years of the history of the Soviet Union. First published from 1950 forward and was then re-issued from 1978 forward. There are tiny stickers (previous, perhaps original, bookseller's) affixed to the front fixed endpapers of each tome. Previous owner's name penned (small, neat) to the front free endpaper of Volume One. That identified, all 4 books are internally clean, bright, and seemingly never explored. Bindings solid. The jackets show light markings, as may be anticipated, but are otherwise fully present. Related ephemera laid in. Near fine copies in very good to near fine jackets. Seller Inventory # 132223
