Box Set. Four Cookbooks in the original slipcase. Near fine with modest wear on the ends. The slipcase has toned edges and general wear. Remains a handsome collection. This is the Volume 1 of The Bon Appétit Kitchen Collection which was a series of boxed sets of small, paperback cookbooks published in the 1980s by Knapp Press. The collections were released in multiple volumes and featured recipes compiled from Bon Appétit magazine.
