Bone Lab: 1 (Rhyjl Martin Mysteries)

They are not just old bones. They are stories waiting to be told. No one knows that more than forensic archaeology Ph.D. candidate, Rhyjl Martin. Unlike others, Rhyjl doesn't create visions from studying the past. The visions of the past come to her. While hiding her paranormal abilities, Rhyjl reveals the secrets of those individuals long gone. But in a lab, where old bones and their stories are as familiar to her as friends, someone new has arrived. Someone whose story is fresh and whose murderer is still alive and dangerous.

While racing against time to solve the murder, Rhyjl must also learn to live in the present. Romance is the last thing on her mind. Erik Arneson, it seems, is determined to be a part of her life. Can she trust him? Can she trust anyone?

JM Meigs has always believed that human and animal remains each have their own stories to tell. Combining her love of archaeology with her second passion of storytelling has led her to develop the Rhyjl Martin mysteries. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her family and a menagerie of pets.
