Text block split into several sections. Tears and some losses to binding on spine. Light markings. Includes numerous black-and-white plates throughout, along with a collection of twenty-four historical plates at rear. Loss of some tissue guards. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce piece on the history, usage, and development of archery across Europe and the world. A wonderful piece for restoration and rebinding.
