Shipping Terms:
We may use various couriers at our discretion such as UPS, Hermes, DPD and Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times for Standard shipping to the UK are within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch.
Estimated delivery times for Priority shipping to the UK are within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.

Please note heavy/oversized items will incur a postal surcharge.
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes and/or duties that may be owed.
All orders come with insurance.
Returns
We gladly accept returns. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If items are returned damaged the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for returned items.
Damaged or Incomplete Goods
If your order should arrive damaged or incomplete please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. You will need to request a return (see above) then place an order for the new item.
