Green cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Nice tight copy, no names inside. Heavy book and priced accordingly. ; The Pageant of Knowledge Series; B&W Photographs plus illustrations; 320 pages; Classic book on the British countryside by one of the pioneers of natural history film making, initially for the silent screen. Originally published in 1928 and split into four sections for each of the seasons. Copiusly illustrated throughout with b&w photographs, line illustrations and several full page colour plates.

We endeavour to describe our books accurately, but if you are dissatisfied in any way on receipt of order or wish to cancel the contract for any reason within seven days, which period is to start the day after the date on which the goods are received, in which case please contact us to arrange the return and refund of the cost of the goods and delivery.
