xix, [1], 25-362, [2] p.: forms; 24 cm. Contemporary full calf with six spine compartments beween gilt rules; label in second compartment with gilt-tooled title: "Dunlap's Book of Forms." Pencilled notations on endpapers and blank leaf following front endpapers by numerous members of the Chalfant family, including Dr. Henry S. Chalfant (1838-1897) of Greenfield, also known as Coal Center, Pa. In Good- Condition: leather is rubbed; lower corners are scraped, with loss at lower corner of front board; joints are starting; faint dampstain line along fore-edges and at head of gutter; foxing and browning; the only writing is that described above.
