Hardcover, no dustjacket, top edge gilt, book has a moderate cock to the spine and a few areas of internal hinge exposure, there are no loose pages and the contents are in nice shape, the cloth covers are clean, mild tanning is present on the spine, illustrated with a color frontis and six additional color plates and 400 black & white illustrations.
