He explains how to find out about vacancies and openings, notes which agencies in which locations have the most positions, shows how to fill out applications, and reassures those concerned about civil service exams. This new version of last year's edition, which includes information about revised application forms and procedures, student employment, and the government's job postings on the Internet, is accompanied by IBM Windows job application software OF-612 Lite, prepared by DataTech Software Inc.
