Contents generally clean but for minor soiling/browning, a little splitting to back hinge, and occasional minor splitting elsewhere. Owner's name to back of ffep, and name & address to back of frontis. B&W illustrations throughout by Harrison Weir, R M Wood & other eminent artists, including a full set of 14 plates of breeds of pigs, and 25 illustrations of piggeries. A comprehensive guide to pig farming. A scarce early edition of this fascinating and profusely illustrated book.
