This work comprises a history book describing a great many sketches and anecdotes of events, characters and customs.Illustrated with woodcuts, as well as a full plate frontispiece to volume I.An uncommon work.Complete in two volumes.Penned by an anonymous author. In a half calf binding. Externally a trifle rubbed, in particular to the spines which have some loss to the leather, as do the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Very Good.
