8vo (22x14.5cm), hardback, four volumes (prelims + 871, 825, 795, & 746pp). Good condition in blue cloth (no dustwrappers). Upper edges blue, gilt lettering to spines. Volume I is from a later printing but matches well. Some wear, bumped, rubbed, some foxing, light flecking, page edges age-toned and foxed, names erased from free front endpapers of Volumes II, III, & IV. Owner's names stamped at free front endpaper of Volume I and also both pastedowns, blurb from dustwrapper stuck down to endpapers of Volume I. Page edges of Volume II a little more aged than others, Volume III not as faded at spine but a little more marked. This item is heavy and may attract additional postage.
