Hardback copy in marbled grey boards, cream cloth spine with gold gilt lettering. No dustjacket as issued. 254pp. Rough cut page edges. Colour frontispiece with original tissue. This edition is limited to 750 sets of 16 volumes on antique paper, each set numbered 1 to 750, and 15000 sets on bond paper in 4 volumes, each set numbered 751 to 2250. This is volume 8 only, from the 16 volume set. Not library copy, no inscriptions. (10/5).
