(Vol. I, No. 1 -- Vol. III, No. 1). Twelve issues (out of 17). Small 4to. Stiff pictorial wrappers (various colors). Various paginations. Illustrations, advertisements. Very good overall. Bit of quite mild edgewear and slight soiling to some outer wrappers, but mainly tight, clean and attractive. A near complete set of this short-lived publication that featured articles, mini-bibliographies (Melville, Thoreau, Twain, James, Longfellow, Emerson, Lowell, Hergesheimer, Holmes, John F. Kennedy, etc.), ads, etc. Numbers 8 and 9 ran together in a single issue, so these 12 issues actually cover 13 numbers. Number 11 also includes some related ephemeral pieces: Subscription renewal, back order issue form, etc. Uncommon to find in longer runs.
