Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope
   These T&Cs apply to all purchases made by consumers via my shop.

2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract
   By listing an item on eBay, I am making a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the buyer purchases the item via the eBay ‘Buy It Now’ function or places the highest bid at the end of an auction.

4. Prices and Delivery Costs
   All prices are final. There are no delivery charges within Germany (free delivery in Germany).

5. Delivery
   Items will be dispatched within [e.g. 2–3 working days] of receipt of payment.

6. Payment
   The payment methods listed apply.

7. Right of withdrawal
   Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. The withdrawal policy is provided separately.

8. Warranty
   For second-hand goods, the warranty period is one year from delivery.

9. Dispute resolution
   The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution outside the courts: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Versand und Lieferung

Der Versand erfolgt in der Regel innerhalb von 1–3 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang bzw. nach Bestelleingang bei Rechnungskauf. Die Lieferung erfolgt an die vom Käufer angegebene Lieferadresse.

Zustandsbeschreibungen

Gebrauchte Bücher werden nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen beschrieben. Altersbedingte Gebrauchsspuren können bei gebrauchten Büchern vorhanden sein, soweit nicht anders angegeben.

Zahlung

Es gelten die angebotenen Zahlungsarten. Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung mein Eigentum.
