Gail Silver, JD. E-RYT, RCYT, is an award-winning author and contributor to Lions Roar Magazine. Gail travels nationally and internationally to facilitate mindfulness-based education. She lives in Philadelphia, PA.

Lisa Fields received her BFA in illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design. Lisa is also a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. She lives in New York.
