The Brain Center in a Book
Have you ever asked yourself: Is my forgetfulness normal? How can I improve my memory? How does the brain work? Dr. Majid Fotuhi reminds you in Boost Your Brain that you can boost your brain’s size by generating new neurons and rejuvenating existing ones.
Most people have never learned how to care for their brains but Dr. Fotuhi reminds you that the power to change is within you. If you embrace the opportunity, you can grow your brain. It really is that simple.
Boost Your Brain uses a twelve-week plan to teach you how to:
- Increase brain size and enhance brain function
- Improve memory, creativity, comprehension, and concentration
- Adopt a healthier diet and how your weight might affect your brain
- Overcome stress and depression so it doesn’t shrink your brain
- Enhance your problem-solving skills and become more adaptable
With more than 24 illustrations and cutting-edge neuroscience research, Boost Your Brain is easy to understand and the learnings can easily be applied to your life.
Dr. Fotuhi received his MD from Harvard Medical School and his doctoral PhD degree in Neuroscience from John Hopkins University School of Medicine. He has impacted the lives of readers and patients who now experience the benefits of a bigger, better brain.
