short octavo, bound in original blindstamped black or dark brown cloth covered boards with tears along the hinges and across the backstrip, but backstrip is nearly complete despite tears. dark lettering on backstrip, light to moderate overall soiling and wear with age darkening of paper. Contents good, but with general wear and soiling mentioned. pencil names written in several places on front and back end papers. Pagination a bit odd with 25 in the front matter but main text starting at 9 and running to 345 and a 17 page directory at the back. Overall, fair to good copy of this scarce work.
