A really nice set of McCarthy s Border Trilogy in their Uncorrected proof format. Beginning with All The Pretty Horses, Cormac became a household name. These are his first three works published by Knopf. All the Pretty Horses, publisher s gray wrappers with black text to front cover and spine. The A crossed out and The written above it with handwritten 4 for publication date. Stapled advance praise sheet present. Near fine condition with slightest crease to from cover and tiny bump to rear cover. The Crossing, publisher s blue wrappers with black text to front cover and spine. 15 June publication date listed on cover. VG+ with trace edge wear, and slightest wear at spine ends. Cities of the Plain, publisher s yellow wrappers with black test to cover and spine. All the Pretty Horses and The Crossing praise sheet stapled to the front cover present. A fine copy. A wonderful set in above average condition. Certainly a set to be proud to own. Scare as a set in such great condition.
