OCLC 32462346 does not show a map in the collation, though AAS 546571 shows a map and leaf of plates. This is a reprint, by George Adams, a Boston publisher around 1852 , of the first Boston Directory of 1789. According to the Preface: "We have been induced to publish the directory from 1789, in a separate form, for the purpose of preserving it from the oblivion to which it was fast hastening . We are indebted to Mr. D.C. Colesworthy . for the copy from which the present edition is taken. This has been inserted in the Boston directory of 1852-3, and adds to it considerable interest.".
