The volume consists of: An Act to Enable His Majesty to grant the Inheritance of certain Lands or Grounds, situate, at or near Painshill, in the several Parishes of Cobham, Walton, and Wisley, in the County of Surrey, to George Chamberlaine, Esquire; George Bond, Esquire, One of His Majesty's Serjeants at Law; and Sir Samuel Hayes, Baronet, of the Kingdom of Ireland, upon the Trusts declared by the Will of Benjamin Bond Hopkins, Esquire, deceased, of and concerning his Estate at Painshill, aforesaid, 1795. An Act to Dissolve the Marriage of William Bright, with Hannah Lockwood, his now Wife, and to enable him to marry again, and for other Purposes therein mentioned, An Act to Dissolve the Marriage of Henry Farrer, Esquire, with Mary Goldsmith, his now Wife, and to enable him to marry again; and for other Purposes therein mentioned, 1796. An Act to Dissolve the Marriage of Andrew Bayntun, Esquire, with Lady Maria Coventry, his now Wife, and to enable him to marry again, and for other Purposes therein-mentioned, 1783. A Bill for Ascertaining the Composition to be paid for the Tithe of Hops planted in Fields in the Parish of Farnham in the County of Surry, 1793. An Act for taking down the Church, Chancel, and Tower belonging to the Parish of Saint Mary Magdalen, in Bridgnorth, in the County of Salop, and for re-building the same, and for enlarging the Burial Ground of the said Parish. An Act for Essectuating and establishing and Exchange agreed upon between Charles Duke of Norfolk, and Francis Ferrand Foljambe, Esquire, of certain Lands and other Hereditaments, in the Counties of York, Nottingham, and Derby, 1792. An Act for Confirming an Agreement between William, Earl of Radnor, and the President and Fellows of Queen's College, Cambridge, for an Exchange of the Advowson of Seagrave, in the County of Leicester, for the Advowson of Great Chiverel, in the County of Wilts. An Act for Establishing and Confirming an Agreement made between William Parkes, and Thomas Read and Mary his Wife; and the Right Honourable George Earl Brooke, of Warwick Castle, and Earl of Warwick; for the Exchange of certain Lands in the County of Warwick, and in the Borough of Warwick, in the said County, 1791. An Act for Confirming, and rendering effectual, a Partition between Daniel Leo, Esquire, and Letitia his Wife, and Mary Puleston, Widow, of several Estates in the Counties of Flint, Denbigh, and Caernarvon, late the Estates of John Davies, of Llanerch, Esquire, and for other Purposes therein mentioned, 1792. An Act for Establishing and Confirming a certain Exchange agreed upon between his Grace the Archbishop of York, and William Markham, Esquire, of certain Lands and Hereditaments of the said Archbishop, called Beckey Grange, in the Parish of Abberford, in the County of York, for certain Lands and Hereditaments of the said William Markham, situate at Langthorne and Crakehall, in the Parishes of Bedale and Hornby, or one of them, in the said County, 1791. An Act to Empower the Right Honourable Henry Earl Fauconberg and others, to grant Building Leases of certain settled Lands, near or adjoining to the Town of Macclesfield, in the County of Chester. An Act for Enabling the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity, of Bristol, to grant a Lease of Part of the Lands of the said Dean and Chapter, in the Parish of Saint Michael the Archangel, in the City of Bristol, for the Purpose of Building thereon, 1792. An Act for Vesting the Estates devised by the Will of the Honourable Elizabeth Byng, deceased, in the County of Somerset, in Trustees, to be sold, and for investing the Money arising by the Sale thereof in the Purchase of other Estates, to be settled to the like Uses to which the Estates so to be sold are subject, 1791.
