Katharine writes in a way that makes it easy to get caught up in the narrative, and care about the characters.Without giving anything away - I was delighted in the ending. But there is a certain character I would have preferred to hear more from. The mark of a good book to me, is when you keep thinking about the characters afterwards, and I am still thinking about them nearly 24 hours after finishing the book."

I feel I am quite emotionally attached to the characters and have a clear picture of them in my mind. I think it is the best one yet.I was gutted to finish it because I managed to fall head over heels in love with one of the new characters.I just love how real and relatable the author makes her characters. She does not stick to bland, carbon copy, all white, heterosexual lead characters but includes a very realistic mix and gives each the full attention they deserve.I really hope there will be more to come."
