Boxing for Kids

Hey there, friend,
If you’re holding this book in your hands, it means you’ve already taken an important step.
Chances are, you’re thinking about getting into sports—or you’ve already started training.
Either way, you’re on the right path.
Sports aren’t just about muscles, speed, or throwing a hard punch.
They’re about growth.
About getting a little better every single day.
Through sports, you learn a lot about yourself:
where your limits are;
the moments when you feel like giving up;
and what happens when you push through anyway.
A gym, a field, or a boxing ring—it’s like a smaller version of life.
There’s hard work, mistakes, victories, and defeats.
And it’s fair: the effort you put in is what you get out.
This book doesn’t promise an easy journey.
But it will show you that the journey is worth it.
On these pages, you’ll meet me
and my friend Ethan—a regular kid who makes mistakes, gets scared, and keeps moving forward.
You might even see some of yourself in him.
I’m excited to walk this path with you.
See you inside the book, my friend.
