[4], 215 p.; 21 cm. Red cloth with gilt-stamped spine title. Red and white dust jacket. Publisher's advertisement of Random House plays on back section of dust jacket. Contains two plays, Boy Meets Girl, which opened at the Cort Theatre in New York City on Nov. 27, 1935, and Spring Song, which opened at the Morosco Theatre on Oct. 8, 1934. Boy Meets Girl was the basis of the 1938 movie of the same name about a pair of screenwriters starring James Cagney and Pat O'Brien. Book is in Very Good Condition: slightly cocked; ends of spine lightly rubbed; clean and tight. Dust jacket is in Very Good- Condition: spine is sunned; minor loss at spine ends; minor chipping along edges; clean.
