About the Author
Author Sarah A. Creighton was inspired to write "The Boy Who Loved Broccoli" after the oldest of her three children had an insatiable appetite for broccoli when he was a toddler. Determined to encourage other parents to help their children develop a healthy relationship with vegetables, she started Veggie-Kids, a company which includes a recipe & lifestyle blog, cookbooks, children's books and apparel for kids of all ages. Sarah has become an advocate for raising healthy children and believes that by adding a healthy serving of humor and fun to the kitchen, children will be more willing to try the incredible bounty of what nature has to offer. The author lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three sons. You will often find her in the kitchen with a couple of youngsters helping to sprinkle, mix and taste!
