Octavo/8vo, measures around 5 1/8" by 7 1/2" by 1 1/8". Pagination: 253pp with 3-page publisher catalogue at rear. Contains frontispiece.No dust jacket. Green cloth binding, blind-stamped pictorial detail and yellow lettering to front board and spine. Signs of wear, scuffing, some rubbing at edges and on hinges. A little marking but quite clean. Also discolouration, especially to spine, but colouring of binding remains mostly vivid. Slightly bumped corners. Some slackness to binding but contents reasonably firm. Page edges browned, scuffed, slightly foxed and otherwise marked. Some foxing to endpapers, a little child's doodling to rear pastedown. Page surfaces quite toned throughout, occasional other marking but no inscriptions, underlining, marginalia, etc.See pictures for further information. Circa 1910.
