This is Volume 37 - No. 1 commemorating the homegoing of Dr. John R. Rice's wife, Lloys Cooke Rice - (Born Dec. 20, 1894 - Died Nov. 10, 1989) . There is a large full color photo of Mrs. Rice on the front page with an extensive eulogy written by Pete Rice. This is definitely a collectible four-page newspaper for those interested in the story of the Independent Baptist movement.
