Ellen Duffield is Program Coordinator for the Master of Arts in Leadership, Theology, and Systems at Briercrest Seminary. She is also the director of Co-Vocational Canada and the Paul E. Magnus Centre for Leadership Studies. Specializing in leadership and human thriving, Ellen is a professor, speaker, and consultant. Her research focuses on models of thriving and how to translate them into team and organizational wellbeing, as well as spaces where both men and women can thrive. A mother and grandmother, she loves time spent with family, canoeing, archery, hiking, and coffee with friends.
