25 x 15 cm., 16 pp. The date is taken from the last page which gives housing data for 1935. The booklet is illustrated with a half-tone photo of the Cgurch of St. mary and All Saints (with the crooked spire) and 2 aerial views of the town. The fold out map measures 64 x 51 cm. The pages are stapled at the fold to light brown card covers with dark brown lettering on the front. CONDITION. VG-. There is a little scattered foxing. The top 4 cm and bottom 12 cm of the spine are separated. The street plan is loose. There is a little creasing at the exposed edge.
