In very good condition although spine is slightly faded: internally tight and clean. This work was first published in the Baker and Confectioner and reprinted in this edition. It is not intended to serve as a practical manual to magistrates, lawyers, &.but to give insight into the working of the laws which have been passed to regulate their trade. It covers the Acts with accompanying commentary: it deals briefly, but sufficiently, with the various decisions, on which the interpretation of the statute may be considered to rest. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
