About the Author

The author is a theologian and a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She serves as a psychotherapist at a child welfare agency as well as President and Executive Director of Reaching Out to Children with Kindness (ROCK), Inc. - a nonprofit that helps children and teens who are affected by poverty and violence.
