About the Author

Dr. Dennis A. Romig is an organizational psychologist and CEO of Performance Resources, Inc., dba Side by Side, a thirty-three year old organizational consulting firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. With over thirty years experience implementing empowerment and leadership programs for manufacturing and knowledge teams, he has worked with some of the world's largest and most successful companies including Amoco, Texas Instruments, Westinghouse, Monsanto, AMD, Dell Computers, Samsung, and Motorola. Dr. Romig has also worked within government organizations implementing organizational change, providing international leadership and teamwork training that insured successful private sector/government partnerships.
