As a business owner and executive he has faced the many of the same challenges you deal with daily. He too has met payrolls; managed 300 employees on 3 shifts working 24/7; bought and sold businesses; doubled the sales of a company in 4 years; was an executive with a company that grew sales from $9M to $34M in 5 years.
Business owners seek outside assistance because they want a sounding board and confidant who can help guide their company to achieve significant results. Someone to hold them accountable, a Coach. Owners want their businesses soundly structured with sales, profits, competent/trained team, and systems in place. Achieving these, their businesses provide the investment return they expect.
