About the Author

Dr. Philippa Kaye is a physician, TV and radio personality, author, and mother of three. She is a regular doctor on This Morning, and often appears on Sky and Channel 5 news, BBC Radio London, Woman's House, LBC, and Radio 5 Live. She is the medical expert for magazines Woman (readership 100k+) and My Weekly Special (2.5M visitors per month), and the MadeforMums website.
