Bridge of Light: Tools of Light for Spiritual Transformation (Awakened Life, Book 1)

Bridge of Light is divided into four sections. Section I, Temple of Light, takes us into a special space that has been prepared for us by the beings of light. We develop special breathing rhythms to slow our brain waves and practice sending and receiving messages using soul frequencies. Section II, Bridges of Light, shows us how to spin a Bridge of Light from the substance of our hearts to the qualities of our soul such as joy, love, courage, trust, truth, compassion, or confidence. Once these Bridges of Light have been created in our imagination, we can use them to expand our awareness of ordinary reality. These Bridges of Light have many other useful functions which are described in this section. In Section III, Creating a Soul-Infused Personality, we discern the difference between our personalities and our Higher Self, get acquainted with our different personalities, and change unwanted memories of the past. We practice infusing each part of our personality with the qualities of the soul. In Section IV, Assembling the Highest Possible Future, we will use the energy that has been freed in Section III to actualize our life purpose and practice energizing our physical bodies with light. Through easy exercises and real-life examples, we learn to:

create our own Temple of Light

build Bridges of Light to people or soul-qualities we want to bring into our lives

contact and use the wise counsel of the higher dimensions

befriend our many subpersonalities

find our life purpose

LaUna Huffines has a Masters degree in Counseling and Psychology and has completed the class work for a Ph. D. in Psychology. For the past 25 years, she has presented at national conferences and has taught classes for those who are awakening spiritually, including professional groups, psychologists, therapists, and physicians in the U.S., Japan, and Australia. She has also taught classes in colleges and universities. LaUna has been a guest on a variety of television and radio shows around the country. Her first book, Connecting With All the People in Your Life, was published by Harper & Row in 1986. The first edition of Bridge of Light was published by Simon & Schuster (1989) and the second edition by H J Kramer in 1993. In 1995 her latest book, Healing Yourself With Light (Book II in the Awakening Life series) was published by H J Kramer.

She is the President of Choosing Light Inc., a company designed to teach alignment with the Higher Self or Soul through books, tapes and seminars.
