About the Author
Hank Karp, Ph.D., is an author, educator, and consultant. As principal of Personal Growth Systems, a Chesapeake, Virginia-based consulting firm, he has worked with such clients as General Dynamics, Celanese Corporation, and the Smithsonian Institution. He is on the faculty of management at Christopher Newport University. Connie Fuller, Ph.D., is an organization development specialist with AG Communication System, a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies, and an adjunct professor at Webster University. With more than 20 years of experience, she has been an internal consultant to such firms as Bethlehem Steel, Ball Seed Company, and HRI/Wilson Learning. Danilo Sirias, Ph.D., is assistant professor of management at Saginaw Valley State University. His career includes work with such clients as Newport News Shipyard, Koyo Corporation, and Canon. He is also a certified academic in the Theory of Constraints.
