Connie Fuller, Ph.D., is an organization development specialist with AG Communication System, a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies, and an adjunct professor at Webster University. With more than 20 years of experience, she has been an internal consultant to such firms as Bethlehem Steel, Ball Seed Company, and HRI/Wilson Learning. Danilo Sirias, Ph.D., is assistant professor of management at Saginaw Valley State University. His career includes work with such clients as Newport News Shipyard, Koyo Corporation, and Canon.
