Brief Notes: History of Peruvian Electricity Law and the Peruvian Sub - Transmission System

Since the change of paradigm in the administrative legal field, which consisted in the gradual reduction of administrative discretion through the unrestricted respect of the principle of legality, as well as the transition from a scenario where the state monopoly was prioritized through the constitution of state enterprises to a pro-market and neoliberal scenario, where minimal state intervention and the role of the private investor is required. Our juridical system has presented numerous transcendental changes in all the areas where the law radiates, especially in the administrative law. Of all these areas, one of the sectors that has undergone and continues to undergo the most changes is the electricity sector, which is one of the most important and most developed in recent times.
