Item description from seller

Brig. Gen. Burnside.(Americana, Visual Arts, American Civil War, Union Commanders, Ambrose Burnside, Portrait). Issued 1861, Boston by C. D. Andrews. Civil War era mid 19th century lithographed portrait. Issued during the Civil War. In relatively poor condition, margins around the image are toned, stained and edge chipped, but print and image still entirely worthy of display as it exists. A good framer would mat the print so as to hide most of the stains and toning. Sheet Measures c. 14 1/4" H x 11" W. Printed Area Measures c. 8 3/4" H x 7 1/4" W. Will be shipped flat well protected with cardboard, so parcel will be over 1 pound.[R27366].
