Jean Shaffer is a Career Consultant with over twenty years experience designing and conducting career and professional development programs. For over thirteen years she has coached tens of thousands of clients in career transition and has been a pioneer in the delivery of career transition services in a virtual environment. She has been affiliated with one of the top global career management firms since 2000. Jean is passionate about helping mid-life professionals become excited about the next chapters of their careers and future. Her webinar series, How Bright is My Future?, provides a practical process that complements pre-retirement planning and provides a roadmap to ensure that people are proactive in assessing their current and future risks, and identifying realistic and inspiring career options. She holds a BS in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. She is an MBTI Qualified Assessor and a Certified Job and Career Transition Coach.
