Half vellum, green paper covered boards, green shield-shaped morocco label with gilt title to spine. Bookplate of the Edward Harley, 5th earl of Oxford (1773-1849) on ffep. His wife, Elizabeth Jane Scott, one of Byrons's lover, gave birth to several children by other father's earning their offspring the nickname "The Harleian Miscellany". The inscription "Lilah Grosvenor, Loch More 1870" appears to be of one of the daughters who married into the Grosvenor family. A pleasing, clean copy with some shelf wear. Blind stamp of binder Cedric Chivers of Bath on top corner of ffep. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. Seller Inventory # 002188
