Attractively illustrated green cloth binding with large gilt and black ferns and decorative borders to cover, gilt fern to spine, gilt on black cover and spine titles; lightly rubbed with slight wear to corners and top and bottom of spine, first inch of the joint cloth split at top of spine, hinges cracked; contents slightly shaken. Internally fairly crisp, clean and bright with just the occasional light spots of foxing, a little more to the first and final couple of leaves. Small number of pencil notes. Prev. owner name to FFEP. Overall an attractive copy of this scarce W.H.Allen edition with illustrated binding.

If you order multiple books from us at the same time then ABE will automatically recalculate the postage cost in your shopping basket.
All our deliveries are tracked. You will be provided with a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery speed: All shipping speed estimates allow an extra 2 days for delays, but we hope that all parcels will arrive well inside that estimate. Shipping speed estimates do not include weekends and public holidays. Orders after 2pm GMT will be processed the next working day.
DOMESTIC:
We use Royal Mail 24 & 48 tracked services for our UK customers. Any domestic delivery over 2kg has to be sent using the 'Royal Mail 24' priority service.
If a domestic delivery weighs over 20kg then we will need to contact you for extra shipping costs. Feel free to contact us in advance if you would like to know what the extra charge will be.
INTERNATIONAL:
We usually use Royal Mail's tracked international parcel service, though we sometimes use UPS.
International shipping rates are based on the parcel weighing either 0-1kg, 1-2kg or 2-3kg.
