About the Author

Nicholas Varias is an architect, urbanist, inventor, building code official, artist, and writer. He was born and educated in Romania and has accumulated a diverse architectural experience as a building code official. In 1996, Nicholas won the CMHC s FlexHousing Design Competition. His Flexsola patented modular building system has received the 2017 TCA Innovative Product Award. Nicholas is now dedicated to preserving the Earth and extraterrestrial expansion.
