Broken Oaths

A parolee haunted by his past and his estranged daughter embark on a desperate journey through the underbelly of Sacramento and beyond.

What begins as a late-night errand to buy tampons spirals into a gripping tale of petty crime, familial bonds, and redemption. As the father grapples with his demons-sobriety, shame, and a criminal record-his daughter confronts her own fears of abandonment and mortality.

Together, they flee from the law and a fractured family, seeking solace in a lake house that holds the key to their past. But with the FBI closing in and a shocking act of violence threatening to tear them apart, they must decide what they're willing to sacrifice for a chance at a future.

A raw, emotional rollercoaster, this novel explores the lengths a father will go to protect his daughter-and the resilience it takes to rebuild a life on the run.
