Broken Promises (Paperback or Softback)

Vijay Annapurna is happy with his life. His job at the bakery is steady, and he has a loving family that accepts him for who he is. The only thing that would be better is if he had someone to help him explore his dominant urges.

Kellen Smith doesn't know what happiness is. The only time he's at peace is when he's surrendered to a Dom, the more brutal the better. He's homeless, addicted to pain, and freefalling toward his own death.

When Kellen is refused entry to the local BDSM club for being a liability, Vee volunteers to take him on. Somehow, he has to help Kellen find his own limits, while simultaneously discovering his own. The challenge will be keeping them both safe, especially when Kellen's ugly past comes calling.

Life leaves a mark. Visible and invisible, the scars of your experiences wind around you, a written testament on and under your skin. You are here, they say. You survived.

Your scars are not ugly or disfiguring. They are proof of life.
