315 pages with frontispiece and additional page of publishers adverts at the rear, pages are clean just toned and tanned with time and brown book edges but no markings or inscriptions. Some bottom corners are turned as when first published. Original red cloth with black lettering and decoration, boards are rubbed and faded on the spine and a little bumped on the spine edges but are firm and tight with solid binding. Overall a well preserved copy. Usual toning and shelf wear should be expected. A scarce copy!.
