Others could have happened, given the actual history of that time. Signed by the author on the title page; not personalized to anyone. No inscription whatsoever, just a signature. Inside the back cover at the top there is an apparent name that has been blackened out. 164 pages, 30 chapters, including a bibliography. Rest of book is clean and binding is tight. A quite nice copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed.
